wrong paypal account

Where in auction wizard do you set your paypal account name? I have all these auctions ending and folks are following a link to the wrong paypal account. I have called paypal and chatted with ebay and I see where there is a field on new listing that asks for your paypal account, but I can't find it in auction wizard. I would like to set it as a default.

HI,
Your Paypal payment email address is entered on the Lister window. After images are uploaded. There is a box on the right hand side underneath the payment methods that you checkmark for the email address.
Does that help??

I went through the same thing a week ago being new to this. All you can do is email your buyers and ask them (nicely) to cancel their payment and send it to the correct Paypal address. Ebay and Paypal will not help in any way. You are on your own as usual. All my buyers were very nice about it. Good luck to you.

HI,
If the buyer sent the payment to the incorrect email address, they will continue to receive emails from Paypal indicating that you need to "Claim" the payment. That usually prompts the buyer to contact you as they can't figure out why you haven't claimed your funds
You can send them another invoice out of AW2K that includes a Paypal PayNow URL link so they will have everything they need to make payment to the correct email address.

I guess I will have to do a test listing to see where you are referring to on the page. Do you have to edit this everytime you list and is it for every item?

Hi,
You do not have to edit the email address each time you list. There is a button to save the options once you get everything set the way you want it.
Let me know if you need more help.
