Al,
It won't hurt to run an automatic update. But I doubt it is related to an update. If windows had updated today then we could wonder if something had gone haywire and uninstall the update. But I don't think an update is related.
The drag bar on the Inventory items does not go all the way over. Auction lots description field drag bar will drag all the way over.
I cannot reproduce the problem. I am so sorry. I think contacting tech support might be in order.

Judy, do you know how long it usually is before support replies? I was wondering if uninstalling then reinstalling my software, then restore to my latest back up would cure the problem? I'm really in a bind here, I have really become dependent on this software! The eBay side I can list manually (todays another one of those 50% off deals) but I have been using this to create listings for gunbroker, then preview the listing, grab the html and go that way. Have all my listings done for the current sale but no way to preview except from the auction lot description window! Is there any other way you know of to preview a lot, maybe a key combination? Any help appreciated!

Hello again, after posting I was thinking, I 'should' be able to open the template manager, go to my gunbroker template, select 'edit', then preview that and select the listing i want to do as the preview listing? Am I correct in assuming this should be the same html as previewing the auction lot? lol, I am prone to panic :)

Well I tried the work-around and it is possible! :)
just a pain in the butt if any changes need to be made, I have to delete the auction lot, then make the changes in the inventory item description, create a new auction lot and preview it again from the template manager, however it is a work around to this problem until they can get it resolved, and all the deleteing, recreating and previewing sure makes one appreciate accuracy the first time around! lol
I am quite hesitant about uninstalling anything, especially before I hear back from support! :)

Hi all,
Just wanted to let you know I received an email from support with directions to correct my issue, works like a charm now! :)
apparently my computer had a 'hic-up' while auction wizard was running as well as to many other programs. Time to go shopping I'm thinking!
Just wanted to say thankyou Judy for all your help, the support alone for auction wizard makes it worth its weight in gold!

Al,
I was afraid the computer was the issue. And started to suggest that last night but decided I better let support wade through it... I had a computer have a very similar issue and it was related to the integrated video going out. A new video card fixed it.
Let us know what kind of computer you get! And remember you can move AW2000 complete with settings to a new computer. So email before you start swamping out as there is an easy way to move AW2000 to a new computer
Have fun computer shopping! I love to go looking at new computers I know I am weird.
