Been away from online selling for the past month. Went to update today - and aw2k says I have 484 records with online status. I actually only have 142 listed on ebay. DL'd last update, tried to update lots - they all still say online. any thoughts?
hasn't been that long really - only about 6 weeks.All the lots have close dates - mostly in April. I just moved and just let my listings end on their own.

That is the problem. eBay does not return that information that long ago. So AW2000 cannot see the listings are closed because eBay isn't telling AW2000... The lots will remain online.
If you sold items, you will need to manually either remove those Auction lots from the database, or create invoices manually and then close them.
As far as the online Auction lots that should be offline, the only thing you can do is manually change the online status to Offline. eBay just doesn't return information back that far..
thanks Judy - not the answer i wanted to hear - but good to know my software isn't mucked up - LOL. Really didnt want to have to go thru 484 lots manually - oh well. Thanks again for the response
