Getting your Auctions Online

The Auction Lots window contains all-important data Auction Wizard 2000 uses to list and manage your auctions.

The data is used to:

1. Create and manage the Auction Lot records,
2. List your Auction Lots for sale on Internet auction sites,
3. Track them while they’re listed, and
4. Store the information for auctions that close with one or more winning bids.

Each Auction Lot represents a single auction listing that includes the name of the Auction Site on which the item will be listed, its starting Bid Price and any Reserve, the Title and listing Category for the item, its Description and the images to be used in the actual listing, the Duration of the auction, and more.

There’s a Tutorial on using Auction Lots in the help files, along with other valuable information. Choose Help | Contents from the Auction Wizard 2000 menu bar, click on the Index tab and select Auction Lots for a list of subtopics related to creating, editing, managing and updating your Auction Lots records.
