Hello, I am trying to list and keep getting error message of:
Resizedlmage Error code-14
Save: not able to pen file
What to do?? Thanks for your help

The folder where the program creates previews of Listing Templates and images has been probably been deleted. Re-creating that folder should fix the problem. Here's how:

1. Open the Windows Explorer.

2. Navigate into the "C:\Aw2000" folder. You should see the Auction Wizard 2000 program files on the right hand side of the window.

3. Right click on an empty area on the right hand side of the window and select New | Folder from the popup menu.

4. Name the new folder "Preview" (without the quotes).

5. Close the Windows Explorer.
