I cannot update my auction lots listed on eBay. My computer freezes up during the "Update All Auction Lots" process. However, all diagnostics on the computer show everything is OK and it works perfectly with all other programs.

Is anyone experiencing this problem? Is this an AuctionWizard problem or an eBay problem? I have noticed several broken links in my eBay emails and several notices of eBay server errors.

Any suggestions appreciated.

I am not sure what you mean by "Freezing up." If you mean it stops in the process, this may work. Go in AW to "File" then "Advanced Internet Settings." Then check "Use WinInet Api." That usually works. Dick S.
