Auction Wizard 2000

I downloaded the update as instructed but now when I start AW2000 I just get an error that reads "Aw2000 has generated errors and will be closed by windows .." and it shuts down before it even starts. This happens when I first click on the exe file. I have tried re-downloading the update and I have tried re-starting the computer multiple times. I have two networked computers and I followed the instructions as to how to update them. Both do the same thing.
