Non-payer

What is the best way to handle Non-Payers in AW2K
Should I just delete the auction lot and start over and relist on eBay?
Thanks
Bob

Re: Non-payer new [re: Two_Knight]

Bob,

AFTER the Non paying bidder or Unpaid Item dispute has been successfully closed, Close the Invoice manually using the Status setting "Closed-N.P.B." AW2000 will ask you if you want to allow the Auction lot to be relisted. Click OK. The Status on the Auction lot will change from Sold Not Shipped to "OffLine" You can simply Queue Lot for listing and relist it.

If you want to be sure your fees are right, click on the "Additional Fields' tab and delete the Final Value Fee from the Auction lot.

Hope that helps a bit.

You are most welcome.

Let me know if that works out for you or not.

Judy when you relist does it keep the same auction # or does eBay give it new new auction #

Re: Non-payer new [re: Two_Knight]

bob,

Each time you list using Aw2000, eBay assigns a new Item/Auction id number to every Auction lot. AW2000 automatically retrieves and stores the new Item/Auction id number for you so you don't have to mess with it.

Re: Non-payer new [re: Two_Knight]

Bob,

Works out very well. If an Auction lot did not store the Auction id when you list, Aw2000 will prompt you that x Auction lots have missing Auction id's and then will ask you if you would like to download them. That rarely happens though. But it is nice to know that AW2K keeps track of all of that for you.
