I haven't figured out how to create an auction lot record, export it with the pictures, and then re-import it with the pictures as an auction lot record. I got everything but the pictures. Ideas?

Hi,

When you import existing Auctions into AW2K, Auction lot records are created for you. However, images do not import. Those must be added if you wish to continue using the imported auctions.

You don't have to export Auction lots and then re-import them everytime. It is much easier to maintain records if you use AW2K to do it for you.

You can either create Inventory Items and then create an Auction lot from the Inventory Item. Or you can create an Auction lot directly in the Auction lot tab/window and list it.

After you have created an Auction lot, you have to Queue the Auction lot for listing. You then list your Auction lot(s). When the Auction lot sells, you update the Auction lot and Generate Invoices.

Have you imported your existing Auctions into AW2K yet?

Okay, in order to help you, it might be easier if I knew what you were trying to do exactly. What are you exporting your Auction lot records with images to? I mean for what purpose?
