Is there any way to have AW2K create auction lots for all my inventory items at once? Or do I have to create each lot individually?

HI,

Sure is!

In the Inventory Items window/tab, click on the Grid view button. It is located in the center of the screen on the far right hand side.

All the Inventory Items will be displayed in List form.

Click on the first record for which you want to create an Auction lot.
Hold down shift key and click on the last record for which you want to create an Auction lot.
Right click,
On the menu that appears, select Create Auction lots. If you have more than one Auction profile, you will need to select the Auction profile otherwise the default will appear. Which is the only Auction profile you have created.
Clcik OK

Now if you want to create Auction lots for Inventory Items in non-contiguous rows, you can click on the first record you wish to create an Auction lot for.
Hold down the ctrl key and then randomly select the records for which you wish to create Auction lots for.

Then use the same procedure. Right click and Create Auction lots | Select profile | click oK
