When I fill out the buyers name, address, etc., I would also like to fill out the lower right hand side of the screen (i.e., invoice #, payment due, ship date, shipped via, tracking #, etc.), but the items are "dimmed" out and I cannot fill them in. Can anyone give me a clue as to what I should do to make them fillable?

If you are refering to the "Buyers" tab on the Auction Lots window, then those fields become active once the Auction Lot has been invoiced. Select Tasks | Generate Invoices... from the menu bar to generate Invoices. Most of the information displayed on that tab can be filled-in with less effort elsewhere within the program. I suggest you review the "After Your Auctions Close" section in the tutorial (Help | Getting Started Tutorial... on the menu bar).
