I had a few auctions that ended about the same time and I generated invoices. However, one item did not generate an invoice. It shows that it is sold but not shipped. How do I go about generating an invoice now.

Does the auction lot show there is a winning bidder?

If so, try going to Tasks | Generate invoices and see if it generates.

If there is no bidder information on the auction lot or an Invoice will not generate using "Generate invoices" then change the auction lot status back to "Online".

Manually update that auction lot by either going to Auction site | Update lot. OR using Ctrl+D which will update just that lot. Then generate invoices.

Let me know if that works or not.

I changed it to back online and then updated it with control D. Then I was able to generate an invoice. Thank you so much. I really appreciated all the help you give. Have a GREAT week and Happy eBaying!
