Hi,

Don't panic, We can get you fixed up.

What do you mean your pages won't load?? Do you mean your images are no longer uploading? Or did the images disappear from listings??

What is your user id on eBay? I will go take a peek.

Re: Oh No!!!! new [re: bluepennylady]

The auctions lots have been up on Ebay for some time now. I looked at them 3 days ago and they were fine now the page doesn't load all of the pictures. Only the small pictures on our home shop page work but when you go into the individual listings the page doesn't load all the pics.

Our store is:
http://stores.ebay.com.au/Nityangi-Clothing

Thanks for helping

Ebay just send me this message:

There was an issue generating the Gallery picture (displayed on Search results and My eBay pages) for one of the items you have listed.

Item Number: 140227847533
Title: CRAZY AGE BT jeans AU 17-18 XXL

The apparent cause of the issue was:
We could not connect to the Web server name specified by:

What to do?

Hi,

Not to worry. It isn't hard to upload the images again. I'll be happy to help.

You ought to check with the web space provider too because there are no little "pizza boxes" in the corners of where the images are suppose to be. There could simply be a provider problem.

Before we re-upload the images, check your FTP account again.
Go to "File | FTP Accounts"
Click on your FTP account
Click the FTP test and see if it is working correctly.

Let me know if the test works.

HI,

I just checked an image on your web space. I pulled the image URL from the source code. There is an Apache server error message displayed in my browser. The message indicates you have exceeded your bandwidth limit.

You will need to contact your web space provider and increase your bandwidth. Some providers simply bill you for overage. Others will simply stop allowing anything from downloading when the limit is reached. It appears your provider is the later of the two.

What is your bandwidth limit??

Hi,

Excellent! Hubbies are so good at fixing stuff!!

I am glad I could help. That is such a bad feeling to have your auction images not show up You are just so welcome

That is good news about the end of sale. Once you get the hang of it,,, it runs like a top. My staff really likes the Invoicing part of Aw2K. Keeps us all organized. Or as organized as we can get

Happy selling!!!!!!

Re: Oh No!!!! new [re: bluepennylady]

Thanks for your reply.

It sure was a worry for me :-)

Was just wondering is it possible to customize the invoice so that the reference ID is not included. I was using it in the wrong way on all of my inventory items and don't want the buyer to see it. I quite like how i have used it as it is handy in the reports section.

Any ideas?

Thanks
Mayapur

Hi,

You bet. The reports can be customized in any number of ways. Which INvoice report are you using? I'll take a look at it this afternoon and tell you how to customize it. Once you learn how to customize reports, you will be making up reports for all kinds of stuff.
