I thought i had replied but it seems not.
I previewed all 3 invoice options and they all look the same to me. So i guess we will just go with the first one. I couldn't work out how you can take out the reference ID part of it.

when you get a chance can you have a quick look.

Hi,

To give me an idea of exactly what you are using, to to Tools | Reports
When the reports dialog box opens. Select in the "Report types > Printed Invoices.

Are you using just the "Invoice" in the "Standard reports ???

Hi,

No worries. The Reference ID can easily be removed from that report. You just have to "Customize" the report. Then set the new customized report as the one you want to use.

My database is currently rebuilding so I can't access anything right now. Send me your email addy and I'll customize something for you and email to you later this evening...
