What if i want to change a store item to a regular auction item. Do i do this in ebay and it will update the info in AW200 or should i delete the listing in ebay and then relist it as a regular acution? What is the best way to do this?

HI,

You don't have to delete the listing. If you want to move Store toAuction, just click on the "Move to Auction" button on the right hand side of the listing at eBay. And follow the prompts,

In AW2000, change the Auction lot status to Offline manually. In the drop down directly below the status, click it and select your eBay profile instead of the eBay store profile.

Adjust the qty offered to reflect what you did on eBay, Change the status back to Online. You might want to change the start/close dates so they match. It isn't totally necessary but you can.

If eBay provides you with a new Auction id number, be sure to copy and paste the new Auction id number into AW2000 on teh correct Auction lot or you will be unable to update the Auction lot.
