Larger pictures

I don't know if this has been covered but I am trying to put larger pictures on my auctions. 500 x500
Under file/program options/ I set the size.
When I preview the template, it looks great. When I upload the auction one or both of the pictures are not there.
The file size of each picture is about 70kb.
Hope I explained it well enough.
Thanks for any help you can give me.

Hi,
What do you mean the pictures are not there? You mean there are no images appearing on the listing?
Can you please provide an Auction Item number so I can take a peek?

Hi Bluepennylady, Thanks for the quick reply.
I go through all the way to preview right before posting and the photos do not show up if I have the settings set to anything larger in size then 300 x 300.
I don't post the auctions until I see the preview and everything is ok.
Thanks auctionguy

HI
What template are you using??
I need to see the listing and HTTP log file please
Go to File > Program options. In the lower right hand corner check "Generate HTTP log files"
Start the listing process, When you get to the Lister where you are previewing the listing, (the Preview button is on the left), Cancel the listing
Go back to Program options uncheck Generate HTTPlog file
Attach the listinglog.txt and HTTPlog.txt file to an email for me.
