We downlaoded this program to try it out. It is a great program. Lately (on or about 2/4/2003), the program is getting alot of erros when updating the lot. It seems that it is having problem with any item that has bids on it. We keep getting the following error: " # errors were encountered during the update", "NOTE: Auction lots that encountered errors will have a status of "ON LINE"""
Then when you go to the particular item, we get the following error with each active listing that has bids on it, regardless of the number of bids. "Error: error extracting bid history. Bid date not found"
Interestingly enough, when downloading the same informationf for an item that has ended, the program is able to get the winning bid"
Is it something we are doing, or is it that Ebay has changed something in the last few days that is preventing the program from downloading the bid history. Up until the date mentioned abov (2/4/2003) the program was able to get the bid history with no problem.
many thanks for your consideration. It is a great program and we planning on buying it after the trial period ends.
