I have about 400 + items in my store, when I sell something I have to update profile to sene invoise and it takes forever to get the 400 done. Any suggestions on how to make this easier?

Do an individual update. Find the auction lot using the search feature (I do a copy of the auction id from the ebay email, and paste it into the search). Then from the grid display, with that auction selected, do a CONTROL-D. That will update only that auction. Then you need to do a manual "generate invoices" from the Tasks pulldown.

I also run around 200 shop items, plus 200 fixed priced auctions and do this many times a day ;-)

I only do a "full" upate once a day just in case I missed something.
