getting error code from eBay

Hi,
started a new profile for selling 45 records, and I think I've double checked everything, but when I go to list I get API error code 37 <shipping details not filled in> well, the only thing different is that I won't send these overseas. any clues?

Maisey:

I've had the same thing happen to me because when setting up the new profile I neglected to go to the second page that comes up when you click the button at the bottom of the page. It is titled "Edit Auction Lots & Shipping Options". When you click on it there are options to select your shipping preferences. If they aren't filled in then when you set up an auction or store item using that profile you will get an error.

Double check any of the lots that have that error and see if there are any shipping terms listed.

Hope this helps. If it doesn't help come back here and I'm sure there are other solutions to your problem.

Maisey,

Garry is correct about double checking the Auction Profile "Auction lots and Shipping default" page.

I might add to check the Auction lots themselves, the "Shipping options".....tab to be certain the selected fields all contain values. If you have elected not to offer International shipping, be sure International is set at 0 so those options are not active.

Let us know if you solve the problem or not.

I just re -did the auction profile, and some how it worked, this software is great sometimes, and other times it behaves like it it possessed!! No complaints, just observations, thanks for all your help

Maisey:

The possessed part is what makes it extra fun! . Glad that you got the new profile to work. It is so frustrating when you are sure you've done everything right and there is a problem.

Now you can get those 45's up and start moving them out the door.

Maisey,

It isn't possessed, it is being an unruly child That needs to be sent to its room without ice cream

so when I have something go wrong, I just tell it to stop acting ugly before I remove all ice cream for the remainder of the week.

Might try it next time and see if it gets any results

I know I am so bad
