I listed an auction on ebay last night after some difficulty. Ebay cancelled the auction beause I used a template that said we would accept cash. I corrected the listing and have tried to relist the item but I keep getting. "Listing for auction profile 1 was cancelled. " with no info on what the problem is.

Welcome! I am presuming you are a new user??

Did you correct the listing by editing the Listing Template in AW2000? If the template contains the term "Billpoint" you will need to remove that payment option as well. Billpoint is no longer valid.

You also might delete the Auction id number from the Auction number field on the Auction lot so it goes back online as a new listing.

Which template are you using so I can take a look and see if there is anything else you might want to edit?
