Hi all,

I'm relearning AW2K and I'm having a problem with not being able to enter a "custom weight" in the 'shipping options" portion of the Auction Profile. That option is greyed out and I'm only allowed to pick 1 lb. or under, for instance, and not 13 oz. for first class mail.

Any help with this is appreciated. I'm sure it's something very simple that I'm overlooking..

Welcome Back!

No worries. Easily overlooked. IN the drop down menu where you select the different weight classes ( 1 to 2 lbs, 3 to 4 lbs, etc ) scroll to the bottom. Custom weights is located there. When you select it, the custom weight fields become active.
