Shipping

I find this program ideal for setting up a new business during my pending retirement However, while setting up using the very good "Getting Started tutorial" I come unstuck with shipping problems. clearly the program is designed with the American market in mind as the domestic shipping in the drop down box features US shipping & Postal services. seeing as how I live in Australia, this is of no use to me. is there a way to convert the shipping to local services? or at least adapting it to a more Australian friendly shipping method?

HI

If you use a Flat Rate shipping you could elect a Standard shipping which allows the seller to provide whatever type they want. It isn't a particular type...

And I will forward your suggestion to tech support too

Re: Shipping new [re: bluepennylady]

thanks for your reply Judy,
it's not an ideal way of addressing the problem but I can and did use that method and continued to set the system up, however, when I try to list the items in eBay i get an "API Error Code 240" I have checked everything but continue to get the same error message. I was wondering if it could be trying to list it into eBay.com instead of eBay.com.au. is there a way of checking which site it is listing in? and if it is eBay.com can I change it to eBay.com.au?

Hi

I am glad that helped.

Auction Wizard 2000 supports ebay.com. YOu can select to have the listings be seen with "International visibility" on the lister window basics tab options. It is in the lower right hand corner
