I was skimming the help files trying to figure something out when I noticed the "Optimizing Database Engine" section and read through it. Is this only useful if you're running multiple computers over a network or does it also help for single computers? I'm wary to test it out first and messing something up :)

My AW2K feels very sluggish in general like when you click to go to the next listing page there's a pretty big delay before it completely loads. I'm wondering if it could help with that or not since I end up wasting a lot of time over the course of a day not to mention the frustration. Thanks!
