In AW2000 there is a place to check Andale counter addition,
in the past few weeks the counters have not been added to my auctions as they are uploaded..... I have to go to the Andale site and manually add the counters to each auction. Any ideas on why the counters are no longer uploading and working?

I just posted a bunch of aw2k auctions using Andale counters - no problems at all...

I've experienced this problem on a number of occasions.

Check this first though:

If your Andale counters say "-- Add Counter"

Open up your item in a browser and check it manually for the counter.

Many times you will find that it is there. Refresh your Andale page and you may very well see a count there then.

I have noticed that often Andale will list an item as NOT having a counter instead of showing the hit count as ZERO.
