I need to transfer my copy of AW2000

I am a new user (just purchased the program a couple weeks ago), and as luck would have it my computer's motherboard failed. I believe the hard drive is fine, and I'm getting a case to use it as an external drive which connects to a USB port on my new computer. I could use any help anybody can give me on the best way to access my files. I probably need to contact customer support to tell then that my copy is on a new computer? Fortunately I have only started to use AW2000 so there isn't much to retrieve. My old computer had VISTA and the new one is Windows 7. Would anyone know if there are any issues with this?
Should I simply download another copy of AW2000 and insert my "registration code"?
Thanks for any help.

I guess nobody saw my post but support got back to me on my question so no problems, but I now have another question.
Does anyone know if AW2000 will run on a 64bit Windows 7 machine?

Hi lostsub,

Wow, I am so sorry. I did not receive a poster notification. I apologize.

Windows 7 is not yet in the system requirements ..So I would not use Windows 7 until it is added to the system requirements.

Hmm that's a problem. Bad timing for me. With my old computer trashed, and Windows 7 on all new computers, and I just purchased Auctionwizard. This is a dilemna. I probably should email support.
BTW I already bought a new computer, but haven't transferred my files yet.

Hi

Yes email tech support ... I will be honest, I have not yet tried to run AW2K on Windows 7... I have three computers ready to install the new Windows 7, I just have not got around to it ... Probably should.

You might let us all know what Tech support has to say..
