I was wondering how AW2K users go about with multiple auction winners. How do you send out invoices for them? Do you have to do all the combined shipping, all item total, ect.?

When you have a multi-winner. Aw2k combines all the costs, automatically. When you've updated the auctions, just before aw2k generates the invoices it asks if you want it to combine auctions that were won by the same bidder. The winning bids, the different shipping costs and the insurance are than combined. You have to re-figure the "combined" shipping cost and adjust the insurance cost accordingly.
For the shipping, depending on the items, I either pack it and give an accurate shipping cost or I just weight the items add a best guess for packing and send the combined shipping cost with the winning bidder notice.
