An outstanding feature of Auction Wizard 2000's Email system is its ability to both send and receive Email messages and automatically associate them to their corresponding Invoices. Auction Wizard 2000 will also manage Email Accounts that are not related to your auction business.

An unlimited number of Email Accounts can be managed in Auction Wizard 2000, but each Email account you use must support both POP3 and SMTP (the Internet standards). If your Email Account doesn't support these standards, see the thread titled "AOL and Other Incompatible Email Accounts" for tips on what to do.

Configure Auction Wizard 2000 to manage and create your Email Account(s) by following the steps outlined in the Auction Wizard 2000 Help Index under the topics Email Account Settings and Email Account Tutorial.

To test your Email account settings, select File | Email Accounts from the Auction Wizard 2000 menu bar and click on the "Test SMTP Setting" and "Test POP3 Settings".
