Any Email account you use with Auction Wizard 2000 must support POP3 and SMTP.

AOL does not support the POP3 or SMTP standards that Auction Wizard 2000 uses to manage Email, so you cannot use Auction Wizard 2000 for an AOL Email account.

If you are using AOL (or another ISP that does not support POP3 and SMTP) there are free Email accounts available that do support POP3 and SMTP.

Yahoo! Mail (http://mail.yahoo.com) is a popular choice, but you can find others in the Free Email Providers Guide (http://www.fepg.net).

For more detailed information, select Help | Contents on the Auction Wizard 2000 menu bar. Click on Index to find the Email Accounts Settings, then click on the "AOL and Other Incompatible Email Accounts" link.
