Email Reader Windows

Auction Wizard 2000 uses Email Reader windows to read your messages, but also gives you full access to your Invoice and Auction Lot records (in the form of the Database Record Panel).

For easy reference, use the menu items and toolbar buttons to locate Invoices and Auction Lots from text contained in an Email message to associate it with its corresponding Invoice (or Auction Lot) record.

If properly formatted, Auction Wizard 2000 will automatically extract a Buyer's name and shipping address from the body of an Email message and store that data directly in the database.

The Email Reader window consumes a large amount of memory. To prevent your computer from running low on memory, you’ll want to close the Email Reader window when you’ve finished using it.

Select Help | Contents from the Auction Wizard 2000 menu bar and click on the Index tab to find the Email Reader window topic for further details.

Re: Email Reader Windows new [re: AuctionWizard]

HELP!! Many times when customers email they don't use the reply button and therefore there is no invoice number for reference. I then have to open every single email to find theirs. It would be so convenient to have a "to" column in the "sent" mail folders so we can find mail by the email address. Is there a template that one can change to view this???

Lenny,
It's already there. Just scroll to the right. You can resort the columns by clicking on the title of the column and dragging it. I have the "To" column, then the date sent and invoice number. Now I rarely have to scroll right. Hopes this helps.
