Email Editor Windows

Auction Wizard 2000 uses Email Editor windows to compose and edit your messages, and to view Email messages that have already been sent.

Full access to your Invoice and Auction Lot records is provided within Email Editor windows in the form of the Database Record Panel.

Each E-mail Editor window has its own corresponding button in the Window List along the (left or right) margin of the Auction Wizard 2000 window. The Window List button displays as much of an Email Editor window's caption as the space allows, but moving the mouse over a Window List button will display the entire caption for the window in the Status Bar at the bottom of the Auction Wizard 2000 window. This makes it easy to identify each different E-mail message that is open at any one time.

The Email Editor window consumes a large amount of memory. To prevent your computer from running low on memory, you’ll want to close the Email Editor window when you’ve finished using it.

Select Help | Contents from the Auction Wizard 2000 menu bar and click on the Index tab to find the Email Editor window topic for more detailed information.

Re: Email Editor Windows new [re: AuctionWizard]

A way to flag messages would be so wonderful!! In Outlook, I always flag my billpoint and paypal notices of payment so they are at the top of the Inbox and after the order is sent, I move them into appropriate folders. I really miss this feature and have already missed 2 notices and sent orders late. Please consider this option, Thom. Also, can anyone tell me where there is an explanation of what the letters mean in the S and P columns? I figured out that R means replied but that's about it. Lenny

Re: Email Editor Windows new [re: Lenny]

Hi Lenny,

You could set up a filter to have your electronic payment emails be moved into a seperate folder as they come in.

The "S" Column is a status column.
"S" - Outbox - Sent
"Q" - Outbox - Queued (Not sent)
"U" - Inbox - Unread
"R" - Inbox - Replyed
"F" - Inbox - Forwarded

The "P" Column is for Printed. (Yes and blank or No).

Hope this helps.

Bob
