Being a newbie, please forgive me but..........WHERE do you select the next email message you want to send, i.e. Your item shipped, etc.?? I've dug through every crack in this program today and the help file and can't find it anywhere? I can see the template manager, etc. and know the messages are there but can't find where to select it to send to Buyer. Sorry.....I'm babbling on, bad day here...lol If this question makes sense, I'm sure I'll feel totally duh when someone answers it.

With the invoice selected, select the little mail icon from the top (its next to the $ icon) - and you'll see your list of email templates. Select one, and it will create you email based on the selected invoice.
