I am using more than 1 email account; yet when I "send email with template", I do not get a choice of what email I want to send it "FROM", am I missing something?

The email account is going to match whatever associated auction profile is in effect for that auction/invoice. I also use AW2K for my webstore, and I use a different auction profile for those sales, which also uses the store address when sending out emails.

You can, by the way, change the auction profile for an existing auction from the invoice screen - so if you need to, you could setup another auction profile for the sole purpose of using a different email address.
