I will certainly remain vociferous towards Ebay about this email carp.

However, they already started blocking sellers and buyers from entering email addresses in their message body (an error message is appearing).

Since they have gone totally overboard off late, do not see them backing off on this.

When did the error messages start appearing for email addresses in the message body of the listing?

I have not yet removed my email address from the footer of my template. But I didn't use that template to list in the last two days.

I think the upper management is floundering around trying to determine what is the best direction to go. They make a decision and when they see the impact it makes, (which is usually quite negative) they re-think their position and change again. Such as the feedback issues. And the "links" policies.

I am like you, I have been sending in suggestions almost everyday on some issues through the Site Map Suggestion box. And a few of the suggestions I sent in, I had actual responses instead of the canned response. Well it was more like follow-up inquiries for clarification. so I know someone is reading them.
