Email "Received Email"  

I have been using AW200 ever since AAPro sold out to eBay. I'm sure that I don't use all the functions, but I do love this program. At any rate, I noticed a LONG time ago that in my invoice window under EMAIL--only my "SENT" email shows for the buyer. Usually I don't need to check the received email, but recently I had to check shipping instuctions that 4 different buyers had given me and the only way I could find their emails was to go to the EMAIL screen and hunt for the emails that they had sent over the past 7 days.

So now I'm asking--if anyone can tell me--Why don't my RECEIVED emails show up under received emails. When I open the email I ALWAYS associate it with the right invoice. Am I not doing something that I should? Any help would be appreciated.
