Is there a way to Re-Send a Sent message from the outbox without composing a whole new one via copy and paste?

You can re-send an existing email message. Go to the Out Box on the Email window and locate the message you want to re-send. Right click on the message and select Change Status | Queued from the popup menu. The message will be re-sent the next time you send email.
