When one of my auctions is bid on, and I try to update all lots, it gives me an error.

On the window that pops up listing the lots after it has updated it says "Error:Error downloading winning bidder e-mail address"

Anyone give me some advice on how to fix this?

I use Charter and my email is set up right, or at least the test says it is.

There was a program update released yesterday that took care of some updating issues. Ebay again made some changes.
Download the update and give it another try.
I just did an auction update all went well.
