A prospective buyer sent an email asking me to send some additional photos. I had 4 that I wanted to attach, but it looks like I can only attach 1 file at a time. Is that right?

You can attach multiple files to an email message, but you must attach them one at a time. Click the Attach File button on the Email Editor window to attach a file to an outgoing email message.
