email problem

okay..
both the pop3 and smtp are configured but yet I can only send mail to someone ( i tested it ) but I cannot receive the mail. i use lunarpages, it supports all incoming Pop3
if it configures wouldnt that mean it would work?

Hi,

Are you using another software to retrieve email too.?? Like outlook express or Microsoft outlook??? And are you retrieving email with those email clients first??

If so, then you need to change the settings in your email client to leave a copy of email on the server..

Does that help?

Hi,
Just another thought - in the email window there are separate radio buttons for sending and checking. Are you sure you are using them both?

Also in the email account configuration you can set it to check and send at the same time, or separately. I personally have it set to two different operations. I like to send when I decide.

Just a thought, hopefully you already have it figured out!
