I've created an email template where I need to include the "ReferenceID" field. I'm successful at getting it into the template but when I use the template nothing shows up. I do have info in the field and this info does show up in reports I run just not in this email. Can anyone tell me why or what I'm doing wrong?? Thanks for any help.
