Formatting emails for multiple purchases? new

Is it possible to setup an email to hold more than one item? Everytime I try to send an email to a person who has purchased more than one item from me, it autoformats the email I have and places the second item's details in the middle of my email. Is there any way to prevent this or have an option that will catch 2nd (or more) items and save a place in my email for me?

Thanks and hope that wasnt too confusing!

Look closely at the email templates that come with AW2K. The "header" and "footer" prints once and and can contain certain variables - but it's that "auction lot info" section that is key - that section repeats for every auction lot on the invoice.

So my header ends with something like "Yours was the winning bid on the following auctions:"

Then the auction lot info has this:

Title: <#Title>
Auction# <#AuctionID>
Quantity: <#QtySold>
Winning bid: <#SalePrice f=nc> Item subtot: <#LotTotal f=nc>

http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=<#AuctionID>

That's repeated for as many items as is on that invoice, and the start of my footer contains the subtotal, tot s/h, and total due.

Does that help?
