I'm a newbie here, so I'm sure I'll have lots of silly questions for a while.
Right now I'm setting up my email template, and I have information that is specific to some of my items that I need to add. Can I use the "user fields" for this, and will they be associated with the correct item when I send a winning bidder email?
For instance, I offer astrology charts. I'd like to have their emails say "To process your chart I need the name, birth time, date and place of the person I'm doing the report for."
Will that work, and does the user field hold enough information for that?
