Offering Shipping options? new

Hello,
Is it possible to have a email template set up so that it shows the customer the shipping OPTIONS? In some cases we offer Media, 1st Class and Priority with Insurance Optional on some things. I would like to show these options in their Winning Bidder email. Does AW2 pull in the Buyer's info so that automatically knows their zip code?
Any suggestions?
Thanks

Yes, it is. You can use one of the User fields to show alternate costs.

First go to File: Program Options: General tab: User Defined Field Labels, and rename User 6 Alternate Ship Cost. Then create your email template and use the User6 tag in the appropriate spot.

Here's the part of my Congrats email template (in the Invoice Footer section ) that shows the alternate cost for Parcel Post:
............................................................
=== OR ===

To complete this transaction, please send a check or money order for

<#AltTotalNoTax f=nc>

which INCLUDES <#SumUser6 f=nc> for Parcel Post.
.................................
When you are filling in boxes after an auction ends, type the alternate shipping cost into the User6 box which is located in the main Invoices window, on the Status tab (between User IDs and Notes).

Hope this works for you.

Not sure what you mean about pulling in the Buyer's info, but if you get an email from the buyer with their shipping address, you can select the address (best if it's formatted the way Paypal formats addresses, with a comma between city and state) and assuming the Database Record Panel is open, you can hit the little blue rectangle at the top to Store Buyer's Address. Or you can go to the auction page, sign in, copy the buyer's zip code, and paste it into the zip code field in the main Invoice window. But AW doesn't automatically "know" the buyer's zip code.
