This is because all of the AW2000 descriptive text is internally stored as RTF, then converted to HTML to be put into the listing. This is great when you make use of multiple fonts, text sizes, text colors, etc., but can be a real pain, since each edit to the descriptive text adds an RTF font change, which when converted to HTML make the text unreadable. There is a way to strip the RTF codes out of your text and make it straight text (which, when converted to HTML, will stay straight text.) I use a linked Access databse to get to the AW2000 data, then use a Access form and some Visual Basic code to convert the RTF to straight text. (Obviously this gets a BIT complicated...)
