Just wondering how I ad tracking info to payment received email template. The template is a short note saying that payment is rec'd and item will be shipped, wanted to know how to put tracking number in that email if possible- thanks a $$

Sorry for the delay in responding. I am on vacation with my husband in Canada this week and do not have 24/7 internet... I feel like I am totally disconnected with out internet. I am totally use to being online 24/7

Anyway,, sure you can add the tracking number


Use "Tools > Email template manager"

Click on the email template you want to edit. Choose "Edit " on the bottom of the "Template manager"

Click in the Invoice footer area and then choose "Insert Invoice field" on the menu.

The "Tracking number" field tag is available about 3/4 way down.
