Trying to get help????

I've been trying to get help for over a month without any success. Direct email to the "info" address is no longer answered though it use to be. I sent a private message on this form a week ago and no response. Is anyone there? Please reply in forum and contact me directly by email. I have no filters on and don't understand the loss of contact.

Just FYI, if you email tech support and you do not get a response during the weekdays within a few hours, there is an email issue. TEch support responds to email inquiries within a few hours.
I am sorrry I have not been on the boards. I have been traveling and there was a death of a close friend which has kept me diverted from the forums.
