Suggestions for other auction sites new

Hi, Of course, the internet world revolves around eBay, and likely all users of aw2k sell there, but there are many sites 'coming of age', especially with eBays forced payments and fee increases as well as a variety of other factors. I sell on several specialty sites in addition to eBay that are panning out for me, and try out others to see how it goes, and while its possible to enter the auctions, create the invoices, ect. it would be handy to have a way to enter the url of the site somewheres, as well as the url of the listing and pertinent info pertaining to that site. Maybe just include an 'off eBay' button on the auctions tab so that listing could be tied into the 'view listing' and 'view sellers list' options and the manually added site listed along with ebay, oS & players. Maybe create a profile for that site and have it show up as that site (right now for instance, on gunbroker, I created a profile specific to it but its listed as 'Gunbroker(eBay)'. Theres no option for a profile other than the supported sites, I'd like to see a sort of 'generic' profile option for this reason. I'm sure maybe a few other ideas to make life easier for those who are or will be using this software for other sites. The overstock & players auctions are pretty much worthless to me.

Al,

I understand what you mean.. There are many AW2000 users that are using AW2000 to manage listings on other sites. I am included in that number

A suggestion has been submitted to AW2000 tech support for profiles that can be configured outside of the eBay site. View listing page URL's that can be configured for a specific site .. etc.

I received a phone call the other day from Auctiva. They said they were looking at adding Amazon and Etsy to their site and would I be willing to pay for such a service. Just thought I would pass that along.

I don't know if Auctionwizard can do those sites.

HI

I will pass the suggestion along to AW2000 tech support

Keep in mind that Auctiva is web-based. Just a few months ago their entire site went down from a serious site hack. Infected hundreds of users computers ...

It was just to let Auction Wizard know, if they didn't already know, what Auctiva was up to. And maybe think about adding Etsy, if it was feasible. Like they say on Power Sellers Unite site, have to have an alternative site to go to. Don't have all your eggs in one basket.

Wishing everyone much success.
