Update Failed new  

When I updated AW2000 last week it would not restart after the update. Gives a network error, even though I'm not using a network version. I have received no response from AW2000 to my last 5 emails(over 3 months). I have uninstalled and re downloaded with the same problem. Are these guys still supporting this software? Any solutions?

I am sorry you have not received a response. yes tech support is working in full swing..

I will say something is up with the trigger on the discussion board that lets me know someone posted. It is not sending alerts.. I am very sorry you have had to wait.
