14 day return policy

eBay is requesting that in order to be a top rated seller, as I'm taking it, you need to have a 14-day return policy. How do I go about changing the return policy, no returns on eBay, to a 14-day return policy. Do I really need to have a return policy and still be a top rated seller?

Thanks!

Wilma

Re: 14 day return policy new [re: auctions1329]

HI Wilma

The return policy section is on the AW2000 lister ..

Upload images then before List all Lots

look on the right side and click on the "REturn Policy" tab
Define the return policy there

Yes eBay is requiriing a return policy even if it is no returns accepted. No returns accepted is a return policy and must be displayed

As sellers we have to remember that if a buyer decides they do not want something, they can go straight to Paypal, file a Not as described and the seller's bear the responsibility of proving the item is as described. Often without success. Unfortunately the market trends are to allow returns . It can be a difficult decision to determine what works for your business model. I know we have had a pickle deciding what to do

But if you sell on Amazon then a 30 day return policy is in place. so what to do what to do
