WHERE IS EVERYBODY?!!

This forum is too quiet these days.
The WWWThreads system quit emailing notifications years ago (they allege it's something the AW admin could fix; AW admin says it's WWWThreads' responsibility).
I'm still relying on AW2k for the occasional eBay listing, and I make it work for my hundreds of Etsy listings.
It's just sad when a forum like this goes silent. People are viewing the posts, but I haven't seen any replies for at least a month.
Hey, old friends....wuz up?

I'm still here once in a while. AW2K works so well I forget to come see if others need help.
I still use AW2K whenever I list on eBay and use it for my eCrater stores. The comments on here with how others are using AW2K with Esty and Bonanza have been a help with using the program with eCrater.
Were you a member of Jackie's Board? I was; I've been using AW2K longer than the creation of this board and before AW was 2000. LOL I'll try to check in more often.

Hello there Sheila! Yes, I was a member of Jacki's EZBoard. She was the one who urged us to give AW2k a try (in beta version). I had been using Auction Amigo, I think it was called. It was a mess! Bad code or something. Lots of crashes.
I use AW for all my Etsy transactions. I keep discovering new ways of doing relists or price reductions, and I recently realized you can drag-and-drop directly from the AW description box to the Etsy fields for new listings. I just wish we could run updates like we do with eBay sales.
For the last several years, this board has not been emailing notifications when replies are posted, but in the last two days, I've received two such notifications! Someone must have fixed that system. Hurray!

I wish you the best of luck with that. Sincerely!
I haven't seen a post from our stalwart Judy (Blue Penny Lady/Pennyworth Sales, I think) for many months. I sure hope she's ok.
When I email a problem to Thom Withgott, I still get a fast reply, so that's encouraging.
But where are the members of this forum? There used to be a cadre of about a dozen folks who were asking and answering questions and welcoming new members. I wonder how many have left ebay in disgust and therefore no longer use AW. Ebay probably has far fewer new sellers per month than they had five years ago. I've also heard that former ebay sellers now have all their listings on Facebook.
Almost all my stuff is on Etsy now. I still rely on AW2k to keep track of all those transactions, but it's a little slow and tedious. Sure wish Thom would make AW support Etsy's API (IS there an Etsy API -- ??).

Hi
Yep I am still alive and well . :)
Don't forget to download and install the latest version .. it is way cool. image folder is outside the database so no more restriction. And uses eBAy picture services.

We use AW2K to keep track of everything. Amazon listings. Bonanza, ebay .. everything
Since invoices can be manually created. We create an invoice for every Amazon or Bonanza buyer and then manage from the backend as normal
It really helps keep our inventory in control and do not oversell

HI Don
The update is totally cool isn't it. No more watching image sizes and resizing all of the time. Of course, I can see I may need a server with a big hard drive setup or is that just an excuse to get a new computer

I was a member of Jacki's EZBoard also, and have been using Auction Wizard since 2000 with 3 licenses. Love all the updates to pictures and hope we do get the zoom feature.
