Re: Update's, Features to AW2K new [re: Razz]

HI

What I meant was which category are you using that does not offer the condition New (Other)
The categories that we use all offer New (Other)

Oh, I gotcha now. I was still half-asleep when I saw your post and couldn't really figure out what you meant. The main categories that I use are in toys and collectibles (various sub-categories in both). I checked another tools category and It shows correctly in that one. I checked a listing I have in diet supplements (#11776) and no choices at all are showing up in the condition drop-down for that one. I haven't had a chance to go through the others yet.

Re: Update's, Features to AW2K new [re: Razz]

I tried to edit the previous post, but it won't let me. Anyways, the diet supplements must of been a glitch because when I scrolled the Item Specifics screen down the Condition box disappeared. I'm thinking that category doesn't have one since it's consumables and has to be new.

Also, I just went on Ebay and tried revising one of the toys listing to see which the options was showing up and Thom has it right because there's only new & used to choose from. I haven't used Ebay to actually list anything for so long and was thinking all the categories had the same options. Sorry for wasting your time Judy :)

Hi

Oh no, that isn't a waste at all. I am glad all is correct but if something was wrong, it would be good to know so Thom can get it fixed
